Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rewind mobile application (the "App") operated by Rewind ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, comments, and other content you post through the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content to other members of your groups as necessary to operate the App.
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains malware, spam, or other harmful material.
- Exploits or harms minors in any way.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of sharing photos and videos with your groups. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
- Use the App for any commercial or promotional purposes without our consent.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Use automated means to access or interact with the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, features, and original content (excluding User Content) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written consent.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
