If you're experiencing issues with Rewind or have questions about the app, we'd love to hear from you.

Common Questions

  • How do I create or join a group? Tap the center button on the tab bar to open the group switcher, then tap "Create or Join Group."
  • When do drops happen? Drops are scheduled by your group's settings. All queued photos are revealed simultaneously at the scheduled drop time.
  • How do I delete my account? Go to your Profile, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data.
  • I'm not receiving notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled for Rewind in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > Rewind).

Report a Bug

Found something that doesn't look right? You can report bugs directly from the app by going to your Profile and tapping "Report a Bug." Alternatively, email us with a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.
